If you want an iced pumpkin spice latte but don’t want to make a separate coffee syrup first, this is the easy version. Everything goes straight into the blender with real pumpkin puree, maple syrup, almond milk, and pumpkin pie spice. Pour it over ice and your pumpkin coffee is ready in just a few minutes.

How to Make an Iced Pumpkin Spice Latte Without Syrup

Ingredients You’ll Need

2 shots espresso

¼ cup pumpkin puree

½ teaspoon pumpkin pie spice

1½ tablespoons maple syrup

1½ cups almond milk

Ice

Step-by-Step Guide

1. Brew the Espresso

Brew two shots of espresso.

2. Add Everything to the Blender

Add the espresso, pumpkin puree, pumpkin pie spice, maple syrup, and almond milk to a blender.

3. Blend Until Smooth

Blend until the pumpkin is completely mixed in and the drink is smooth.

4. Pour Over Ice

Fill a glass with ice and pour the pumpkin spice latte mixture over the top.

5. Serve

Give it a quick stir if needed and enjoy right away.

Important Recipe Notes

Be sure to use pumpkin puree and not pumpkin pie filling. Pumpkin pie filling already has added sugar and spices.

Blending the ingredients helps the pumpkin puree mix into the drink instead of settling at the bottom of the glass.

You can adjust the maple syrup depending on how sweet you like your coffee.

Oat milk or another dairy free milk can be used instead of almond milk.

If your espresso is very hot, let it cool for a few minutes before blending so your latte stays nice and cold once it’s poured over the ice.

No Coffee Syrup Needed

The nice thing about this iced pumpkin spice latte is that you don’t have to make a batch of pumpkin spice syrup first. The pumpkin puree, maple syrup, and pumpkin pie spice go directly into the blender with the espresso and almond milk, so you can make just one latte whenever you want one.
