Iced Pumpkin Spice Latte Without Syrup

This easy iced pumpkin spice latte is made with real pumpkin puree, espresso, maple syrup, almond milk, and pumpkin pie spice. Everything is blended together and poured over ice, so there's no homemade coffee syrup to make first.

Ingredients

  • 2 shots espresso
  • ¼ cup pumpkin puree
  • ½ teaspoon pumpkin pie spice
  • tablespoons maple syrup
  • cups almond milk
  • Ice enough to fill the glass

Instructions

  • Brew two shots of espresso.
  • Add the espresso, pumpkin puree, pumpkin pie spice, maple syrup, and almond milk to a blender.
  • Blend until completely smooth and combined.
  • Fill a glass with ice.
  • Pour the blended pumpkin spice latte over the ice and serve immediately.

Notes

Use pumpkin puree, not pumpkin pie filling.
For a sweeter latte, add a little more maple syrup to taste.
Oat milk or another dairy free milk can be substituted for the almond milk.
Let very hot espresso cool slightly before blending if you want the latte extra cold.
