Ingredients & Substitutes:
Oat Milk: You can swap with almond milk, soy milk, or coconut milk for a different flavor profile.
Coconut Cream: If you don’t have coconut cream, use a full-fat coconut milk or even heavy cream for a richer texture.
Gingerbread Syrup: I have the recipe for this here.
Tazo Chai Tea: If you don’t have chai tea concentrate, use any strong brewed chai tea or make your own from chai spices like cinnamon, cloves, and cardamom.
How to make it
Iced Gingerbread Oatmilk Chai
1. Start by filling a glass with ice to chill your drink.
2. Pour in your Tazo chai tea, adding the base flavor to your drink .
3. Add oat milk to the glass, stirring it well to combine with the chai tea.
4. Drizzle in the gingerbread syrup to taste and mix well.
Gingerbread Cold Foam:
1. In a cup or frothing pitcher, combine oat milk, coconut cream, and gingerbread syrup. Stir them gently to ensure they mix together before frothing.
2. Using your frother, froth the mixture for several minutes until it becomes thick and creamy. If you have an Instant frother machine, I highly recommend using it, it creates much better cold foam than a handheld frother, which can sometimes struggle to get that rich texture.
3. Once your cold foam is nice and thick, pour it over your iced chai for the perfect finishing touch.

Tips for Success
1. 1. Froth the oat milk and coconut cream mixture until it’s thick and creamy. If you’re using an Instant frother, make sure to froth for an adequate amount of time to achieve a light, airy texture that will sit beautifully on top of your drink. The goal is to create that perfect, velvety foam for an indulgent finish.
2. Adjust the sweetness to your preference. If you enjoy a less sweet drink, begin with a small amount of gingerbread syrup and add more as needed, ensuring it matches your ideal flavor balance. This allows you to customize the sweetness without overdoing it.
3. For an extra festive touch, sprinkle a dash of cinnamon or nutmeg over the cold foam. Not only will it add a burst of seasonal flavor, but it also creates a beautiful, aromatic garnish that enhances the drink’s appearance and taste.
4. To save time, prep your gingerbread syrup in advance and store it in the fridge. This makes it easy to quickly assemble your drink whenever you’re craving a warm, cozy beverage, especially during those busy mornings or afternoons when you need a quick treat.
5. Don’t forget to load your glass with plenty of ice. The right amount of ice will keep the drink chilled and refreshing, ensuring your drink stays at the perfect temperature for as long as possible.
