Ingredients
- Whole strawberries
- Vegan white chocolate melted
- Dark blue sanding sugar
Instructions
- Line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
- Wash strawberries and dry them completely.
- Using a candy melting pot or microwave melt vegan white chocolate until smooth.
- Dip each strawberry into melted white chocolate, letting excess drip off.
- Immediately sprinkle or dip into blue sanding sugar while chocolate is still wet.
- Place on parchment paper to set.
- Let rest until chocolate is fully firm before serving.
