Ingredients

Irish Cream Cold Foam:

  • 2 tbsp half and half or heavy cream
  • 2 tbsp Irish cream syrup
  • 1 tbsp oat milk
  • 1 tsp vanilla syrup

Make the Irish Cream Cold Foam:

  • In a small bowl or cup, combine 2 tbsp half and half (or heavy cream), 2 tbsp Irish cream syrup, 1 tbsp oat milk, and 1 tsp vanilla syrup. For best results, use an Instant frother machine to froth the mixture until smooth and creamy.

Prepare the Cold Brew:

  • In a tall glass, pour 1 ½ cups cold brew coffee. Add 2 tbsp Irish cream syrup and stir to combine.

Assemble the Drink:

  • Fill the glass with ice and pour the cold brew mixture over the ice.

Top with Cold Foam:

  • Spoon the frothy Irish cream cold foam on top of the cold brew.
