Gently fold in the crushed graham crackers until evenly distributed throughout the mixture.
Transfer the mixture to an 8x8-inch or 9x9-inch baking dish.
Press the mixture into an even layer using a spatula or the back of a spoon.
Place the dish in the refrigerator while preparing the chocolate topping.
Add the chocolate chips and ¼ cup peanut butter to a microwave-safe bowl.
Microwave in 30-second intervals, stirring between each interval, until completely melted and smooth.
Pour the melted chocolate mixture over the peanut butter layer and spread evenly.
Refrigerate for at least 1½ hours, or until fully set.
Slice into bars and serve.
