What Is Charades?

Charades is a game where you act out words or phrases without talking, and others guess what you’re acting out. To play, everyone writes words or phrases on slips of paper and puts them into a bowl. One player picks a slip, reads it silently, and then uses gestures and movements to act it out. The other players try to guess the word or phrase, and the first person to guess correctly wins the round. Then, it’s someone else’s turn to act.
